DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF MOULDS
DIE-CASTING
The die-casting department is equipped with 11 hot-chamber die-casting machines with clamping force ranging from 20 to 300 tons, enslaved by anthropomorphic robots, thermoregulation system, vacuum technology, dedicated software for the control of injection phases.
In this way we obtain pieces with complex geometries, with thin and perfectly compact surfaces able to make all the subsequent processes easier and minimize waste.
Thanks to the technologies involved, we are able to produce details ranging from a few grams up to 4,000 grams.
QUALITY CONTROL
During all stages of the production process, dedicated staff verify that the produced parts reflect the specifications of the product sheet by performing the measurements with calibrated and certified instruments, P / NP pads, 3D coordinate measuring machine with dedicated software.
In order to make use of an adequate tool for monitoring and systematic measurement of business processes and grant its customers the quality of products, COSVECO Srl has achieved since 2003 the Quality Certification in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 Standard.
The upgrade to the reference standard UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 and subsequently UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 is a guarantee of a company in constant evolution and growth, oriented towards a product of increasingly high quality whose primary objective is the satisfaction of its Customers.
SURFACE TREATMENT
The department is equipped to perform both the vibro-finishing/tumbling and the sandblasting processes.
The vibratory finishing procedure is carried out by round vibratory dryers which thanks to the abrasive granulates, eventually combined with chemical products, remove rust and prevent spots of mineral residuals providing the perfect cleaning in terms of polishing and coating of the manufactured items.
The Sandblasting Plant with automatic carpet system, on the other hand, with different abrasives, depending on the surface treatment required, ensures an adequate anchorage for the subsequent painting treatments and application of high performance protective coatings.
WAREHOUSE / PACKING / SHIPPING
Careful cataloguing and storage in stock of the moulds both owned and loaned for use.
Standard and customized packaging answering every customer need (blister packs, preformed packaging, cardboard, boxes, etc.)
With the help of suitable vehicles for handling goods and qualified personnel, arrivals and departures from stock are handled quickly, accurately and with maximum security
